We are confident you will love your new IB jewelry. But if for some reason you don’t, we will gladly accept return items. No restocking fees. No questions asked. Simply return the item by mail within 30 days of the date you received it. Once we receive the item, we will refund the purchase price to you immediately.
- Please allow up to 2 weeks for return claims to process.
- Items must be returned in the condition they were received and in their original packaging.
- To make it possible for every order to ship completely free of charge, the buyer is responsible for return postage and insurance.
- Item must be returned in new and unused condition (no scratches, blemishes, marks, modification or any other damages) with original materials and packaging included.
- The item will be inspected upon its return and if it does not match the mentioned conditions it will not be accepted for refunds and it will be returned to you at your expense.
- Items should be returned within 30 days of the receipt date. The items which are returned after the mentioned date will be refused and shipped back at your expense.
- Free Gifts received must be returned with the product which is to be refunded.
- Engagement rings and bridal jewelry comes with GIA or E.G.L ( European Gemological Laboratory) Certificate. Certificates must be refunded with the item. If the certificate is not refunded the refund amount will be reduced.
- In case of defective product or error on the part of iBraggiotti.com, the item will be fully refunded or exchanged without any charge.

Few Exceptions on Delivery
- Customization required items (e.g. special items, ring sizing, personalized items, engraving) may require a longer processing time. Please kindly note that it may take 3 to 5 business days of processing. Afterwards will be shipped accordingly to the shipping method of your choice.
- We do not ship to P.O. Box or similar addresses due to the security reasons.
- Your order will be pending once the shipping and billing addresses are different. Our Customer Service department will contact you for additional information and confirmation as required.
- All orders shipped via USPS may take up to 10 business days. If there would be a case that your order can not be shipped you will be contacted by the Customer Service Department and be informed about the reasons for the delay within 2 business days.
Order Cancellation
We at iBraggiotti.com try to fulfill the required orders proficiently and promptly as possible. You may cancel your order if the order has not been processed yet by the shipping department. However, once an order has entered in the shipping process it would not be possible to cancel it. Nevertheless, if you won’t be happy with the product that you receive you always have the option to return the item. Please kindly see our return policy.
Please also kindly note that iBraggiotti.com preserves to cancel any order that appears suspect or deceptive. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to the proper authorities.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued as soon as we receive and inspect the item.
- Item inspection and refund processing may take estimated up to three weeks including the bank or credit card company processing time.
- The refund will be issued to your credit card account which you made your purchase with.
- Refunds can only be credited to the same credit card, in which the purchase has been made.
- Refunds will be first applied to the unpaid balances if any.
- In partial returns you will be refunded for the returned items only.
- Exceptional cases:15% restocking fee may be applied.
